In order to welcome the 2021 graduate students and help them adapt to the study and life of the graduate stage as soon as possible, our college held the 2021 graduate school opening ceremony at 8:30 in the morning on September 17 at Donghuan 102.
First of all, Vice Dean Sheng Li gave a brief introduction to the basic situation of the college, including the development history of the college and the construction of degree programs. Then, starting from the basic scientific research literacy of graduate students, he introduced to the students how to discover, analyze, and solve problems in scientific research, and explained the three links of paper writing, paper submission, and paper revision. He encouraged every new student to complete the role change from undergraduate status to postgraduate status as soon as possible, actively communicate with the tutor, and realize the transformation from learning to innovation, passive to active, and individual to group. Finally, Vice Dean Sheng Li emphasized the basic academic ethics of graduate students. He requires that every graduate student must strictly observe the academic ethics red line, and never allow plagiarism, multiple submissions per manuscript, and falsified data.
After the opening ceremony, the college organized all 2021 graduate students to take the postgraduate handbook exam to help freshmen better master the relevant rules and regulations.
