Deputy Dean Zhang Dongzhi reported on the college's undergraduate teaching and talent training. Dean Zhang introduced the current status of the college's undergraduate teaching work, existing problems, work measures and 14th Five-Year Plan work goals in turn. Dean Zhang pointed out that our college has made breakthroughs in professional construction, curriculum construction has achieved remarkable results, teaching research has continued to deepen, teaching materials have been steadily promoted, the influence of professional enrollment has increased significantly, and the advantages of subject competition have been outstanding. , The cultivation of student identity and other aspects still need to be further explored. Dean Zhang pointed out that teaching is a systematic project, which can only be done well through multi-in-one coordination. Undergraduate teaching is the foundation of the college, and talent training is the root of life. Dean Zhang hopes that the teachers will work together to promote the college's undergraduate teaching to a new level.


Deputy Dean Sheng Li reported on the postgraduate teaching and talent training of the college. Dean Sheng reported on the basic situation of graduate training, current problems and reform measures in turn, and summarized the achievements of our graduate education in discipline construction, tutor quality improvement, curriculum construction, graduate enrollment and training. Dean Sheng pointed out that at present, our school needs further strengthening in terms of improving the quality of graduate students, expanding the scale of doctoral tutors, strengthening curriculum construction, strengthening graduate process management, training professional degree graduate students, improving students' academic achievements and academic literacy, and hopes that the college will teach The staff work together to strengthen enrollment publicity, actively participate in the evaluation and application of master and doctoral supervisors, promote the construction of two projects and one system for graduate education, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, and strive for strong characteristics and mainstream. Finally, Dean Sheng put forward the goal of the 14th Five-Year Plan for graduate education and training of the college, and clearly stated that it is necessary to optimize the quality of graduate students and improve the quality of graduate papers.


Liu Weifeng, secretary of the party committee, made requirements for the work of three-dimensional education. Dean Yu Liandong made a concluding speech, expounding on the current problems of the college's education and teaching work, the results achieved and the next work plan.
