Starting from the research background of intelligent operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, Professor Lei Yaguo pointed out that mechanical failure is a potential hidden danger for the safe and reliable operation of mechanical equipment in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, energy and power, transportation, aerospace and other fields. Focusing on the intelligent operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, Professor Lei Yaguo introduced that his team has done four aspects of research work, namely: mechanical dynamic modeling, fault feature extraction, big data intelligent diagnosis and remaining life prediction. Which focuses on two aspects of mechanical dynamic modeling and remaining life prediction.
In terms of mechanical dynamic modeling, Professor Lei Yaguo introduced his team's work around the phenomenological model of the vibration signal of the planetary gear system based on the transmission mechanism and the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the complex gear transmission system: researched the installation position offset of the planetary gear system, The influence of factors such as non-uniform load and vibration time-varying transmission path on the vibration signal, comprehensively considering the vibration coupling relationship between multiple pairs of meshing components, establishes a phenomenological model of the vibration signal of the planetary gear train under healthy conditions; proposes an exponential limit line crack The gear stiffness calculation model and the pitting gear model based on probability distribution establish a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of complex gear transmission, which lays the foundation for the fault diagnosis of complex gear transmission system.
In terms of remaining life prediction, Professor Lei Yaguo introduced his team work on three issues: health index construction, early failure point determination and remaining life prediction: feature clustering and weighted fusion based on the sensitivity difference and trend difference of multi-domain features , Construct a weighted minimum quantitative error health index, and propose a multi-domain feature weighted fusion health index construction method; According to the difference between early failure points and random fluctuation points, a mechanism for continuous triggering of early failures of mechanical equipment is designed to eliminate random fluctuation interference and achieve Accurate early warning of early failures of mechanical equipment; through the joint dynamic matching of data and models, a digital-analog linkage prediction framework for the remaining life of mechanical equipment is provided, which realizes the health status assessment and remaining life prediction; adopts the correlation vector machine to adapt from the monitoring indicators Extracting sensitive degradation components, constructing an exponential stochastic degradation model, and proposing a method for predicting the remaining life of rolling bearings based on digital-analog fusion; automatically constructing degradation indicators for the variable external working conditions of the equipment, and proposing a two-scale working condition conversion remaining life prediction method to solve the problem The life prediction problem of wind power equipment under working conditions.
Professor Lei Yaguo introduced the engineering application of the intelligent operation and maintenance system developed by his team in the safe operation and maintenance of basic parts production lines, industrial robots, nuclear power, wind power, subways, new energy vehicles, and heavy trucks.
